The residence comes with mini-split AC for individual room control. Great exterior patio with gas grill. Off street parking. King bed in master with queen in guest bedroom. The location was in a quiet street/neighborhood close to the Plaza and to a mall with a grocery and take out food. The bungalow was the right size for 4 adults however, the master's bathroom needs attention. The toilet tank is wobbly that it seems like it will fall off every time we flush. Since we are seniors we depend on grab bars in the shower area. these was also wobbly. The shower floor needs a rubber mat since it was slippery. Also need a toiletry organizer in the shower area.
