The TVs in both rooms did not function, one had a remote control that would not connect to the TV and the other lacked the remote control altogether. The coffee maker Is outdate and so is the sofa. The furnishings could use upgrading, but the staff were super nice and helpful. Overall it is was a good stay.

If you travel with an elderly person who needs assistance, don’t stay in this hotel. We booked two rooms, one was for an 86-year old lady on a wheelchair. We asked for an ADA room and were told they didn’t have any. We were given a regular room with a bed too high for an elderly person to get on. Then, they told us that they had an ADA room that we could have, so we moved the elderly person to that room. The bed in the ADA room was just like that in the regular room, so, we asked the housekeeper to help us set up the sofa bed in the living area. She said she would go get one of the guys to help since she didn’t know how to work it … she never came back or sent anyone, so we figured it out ourselves. The only good thing about that room was the grab bars in the bathroom, which were very helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious and only minutes by car from the plaza. If you don’t have mobility issues, this hotel would be convenient given that it’s not as expensive as the other ones.

The room was great and nice to have the kitchen. The sheets were very rough and the pool cues in the game room were all missing tips or had broken tips. That is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

We were finishing up our vacation and chose this property based on the reviews. The pictures do not do it justice. Our kids thought this was the best of the 6 hotels we stayed at during the week. Having a separate room with separate beds made them extremely happy. Everything was clean and beautiful. The only complaint I could come up with is the parking, but it wasn't too bad, we just had to park across the street. Everything else was perfect.

The 2 bedroom condo was very clean, spacious and very comfortable! The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare a meal. I would definitely stay at this resort again!

We loved the suite arrangement with seating areas, kitchenette, and separate bedrooms. It felt clean, comfortable and secure. The condition of the rooms and furnishings showed wear, for example, there were holes in the sofa.

I've stayed at this hotel 3 times now over 2023 and it is definitely a preferable option if you enjoy having more space. All of the rooms are suites, so whether you're going solo, with a partner, or small family, this hotel is a wonderful option! It's always been clean, staff are friendly, and close to the square/downtown area.
