LAYOUT: Approx. 1,100 sq. feet. The floor plan accommodates guests in many ways. Living room with Queen sleeper sofa and half bath is located on the bottom floor. Kitchen and dining room featuring tall ceilings, BBQ, and balcony with views on the 2nd floor. Master bedroom with King bed, ensuite bathroom and large cantilevered balcony with swing is located on the 3rd floor. You may just fall asleep under the stars!

LUXURY BEDROOM: Guests enjoy a soothing night’s sleep with custom linens, lofty duvets, feather-weight pillows, and premium mattresses with a bed handcrafted from sustainable bamboo.

LUXURY BATH: enjoy an ensuite bath with fully stocked linens and toiletries. Luxury cotton towels, designer toiletries, hair dryer, cotton waffle robes, iron and ironing board and full sized washer/dryer.

ABOUT TOWN: A perfect place for cyclists, the Santa Fe Rail Trail bike and pedestrian path is right outside the window. Biking trail maps and helmets available for guest use with signed liability waiver.

Santa Fe Railyard is known for its Farmers' Market on Saturdays (year round) and Tuesdays (during summer months) and live outdoor concerts in the summer, a mere 10 minute bike ride away from the home.

PETS: This home is dog-friendly with an additional $150 fee, however dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any pet hair found on the furniture may result in additional cleaning fees.

In the heart of the historic rail yard District, the Pacheco Street Lofts are located on Santa Fe’s rail trail. Winner of the 2007 American Institute of Architects Santa Fe Design Excellence Award and 2008 Parade of Homes Winner, the lofts frame extraordinary views of historic downtown, the Jemez and Sangre de Cristo Mountain Ranges and Atalaya Mountain. Cantilevered steel balconies offer unparalleled views of Santa Fe’s surrounding landscape and cityscape.

The lofts are adjacent to the Rail Runner train’s South Capitol station, which provides service to the downtown Albuquerque Alvarado Transportation Center and Albuquerque’s International Sunport airport. Guests may travel without car and take the rail runner from ABQ into the South Capitol station with the home located a mere two minute walk from the rail platform.

A quick bike ride or drive to everything Santa Fe has to offer. Uber/Lyft are also readily available. The condo is a few minute walk to the closest bus stop and the Rail Runner train station (South Capitol stop) if a quick trip to Albuquerque is on the agenda.


PARKING: Parking is limited to 1 car unless otherwise approved prior to
your stay. There is one space designated for this unit labeled 1344-A.
Please ONLY park in this designated space. If you have a second approved car you may also use one of the 4 labeled visitor spaces. If you use a visitor space overnight, you will need to place a visitor pass on your dashboard. Visitor passes are on the desk in the entryway.

There is one dedicated parking spot for the unit. It is not suitable for large trucks or RV’s. There is limited visitor parking accessible with parking pass. Please inquire if traveling with more than one vehicle.

The stunning 3-storey layout means there are two sets of stairs in the home. Home is not equipped with gates or safety equipment for children.

The Pacheco Street Lofts complex is close to the Santa Fe Rail Runner train track which actively runs from 6am-9pm on weekdays and 10am-10pm on weekends. The horn doesn’t blow loudly, but you may hear the train occasionally, though this unit is well set back. Feedback from guests is that it's not unpleasant nor disruptive -- a far cry from a rattling subway or loud locomotive.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty clean towels and nice toiletries. Close to shopping and the plaza area. Bonus were the two bikes, as the property is located by the Santa Fe trail. However, be prepared to climb stairs.

Great stay in Santa Fe

My wife and I so enjoyed this property in Santa Fe. This property was conveniently located to almost everything in and around Santa Fe and from where it sat, you had great views of the mountains from the "very large" balcony which had a very comfortable chair swing. The decorations were "smart" and the room literally had everything you would need to have a great stay. And our communications with Kelley were outstanding. We have already decided that when we return to the area, we will first look for this property to see when/if it is available as we want to stat there again if so.

Great place, loved the way everything was setup, super clean, plenty of supplies. Having the bikes available is a GREAT bonus. They thought of everything.
