The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet within just minutes to downtown. The beds were extremely comfortable and every possible amenity was present. We used the outdoor fireplace a couple times and loved the ambiance. Many great restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. We particularly enjoyed the Coyote Cafe! I personally love all the areas I could sit outside and read. The inside had plenty of locations to gather together for games and meals. The neighborhood is quiet and there's some great places to walk nearby. We even walked down to Canyon Street, then to the Plaza, but be warned, its all uphill walking back! The location is also within a mile or two of some really nice hiking trails. Anyways, the house is wonderful and everything we needed and we would certainly like to stay there again. ##### John H. We rented this thru VRBO but the rental was immediately turned over to Santa Fe Vacation Rentals for payment & all further correspondence. The VRBO service fee was totally unearned & my credit card info shared with the other rental agency without informing me. I was surprised to be contacted for my credit card security number by Santa Fe Vacation Rentals! Once they processesed my payment, I was informed of new cancellation policies which were quite different than the VRBO policy. It all worked out in the end (we did not need to cancel) & we were very satisfied with the property.
