Surrounded by rolling hills, juniper-dotted landscapes, and expansive mountain views, this property blends architectural beauty with natural tranquility—perfect for families, creatives, or anyone seeking a peaceful desert retreat.  
  
The home itself is an architectural gem, full of distinctive character and thoughtful craftsmanship. The open-concept living space is filled with natural light, with large windows that frame panoramic mountain vistas. A fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy, and the dining area opens onto a wrap-around deck—the perfect spot for sunrise coffee or starlit dinners under the desert sky.  
  
After a day exploring nearby trails or the galleries of Canyon Road, return to unwind by the fireplace or gather outside around the firepit to watch the sun dip behind the mountains. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
