Casita with Super Fast WiFi, A/C, Private Patio and Parking. Welcome to our casita! The entire unit was remodeled to create an open and unique space for friends and family to enjoy Santa Fe. Easy access to Ski Resort! 1 bedroom with quality bedding and linen. Open plan living area and full kitchen. Art from around the world and loads of great books to read. Off road parking. Within walking distance of downtown Santa Fe. • Super Fast WiFi • New Air Con mini splits • Extremely safe area • 18” Adobe walls and vaulted ceilings • Washer/Dryer • Heated floors There are 3 steps up to the bedroom and the bed is Japanese style, low on the floor. Also 1 small step into the bathroom. No handrails. Just FYI in case you have trouble with such things. Not suitable for the mobility challenged and the infirm. The space: Pet friendly! Fully enclosed fenced yard. Also a short hop from the famous 135-acre, Frank Ortiz Dog Park. Let us know what type/size of pet you are bringing, and add on the pet fee of $40 per stay for one pet. You can walk to the Alto park for the river walk, which is great to run along. Working from home? We have a work station for you. Guest access: You will have the whole house to yourself. You are also able to check yourself in using our lockbox. Total security and privacy! TV is 50inch with a free TV channel. No cable. Netflix not provided, bring own account details. Other things to note: Not suitable for the mobility challenged. Internal steps and no grab bars. Home is located on the on the historic El Camino Real, a trade route from Mexico to the San Juan Pueblo. Even though it only has 2-way traffic it can be bustling and noisy. Once you enter into the inner enclave of the walled yard and home you will be much less aware of any outside noise. 18 inch adobe walls! We can provide a white noise machine for the very sensitive. For long term renters the unit will be cleaned every 2 weeks by our cleaners and paid directly by the guests. John was very communicative and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was clean and had the things we needed to make us comfortable. The decor is really nice and the location is really close to the Railyard and downtown Santa Fe. It was nice to have the washer and dryer, too. A really good cafe is a couple of blocks away (Tune-up). We got coffee and breakfast there a couple of times during our stay. Would recommend this casita to others. ##### Dayna and Raul S. The place is in a great location so close to old town and the railyard. It was also well maintained and very comfortable. We enjoyed prepping meals in the morning and relaxing after a fun day out. The bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of storage for our clothes and supplies. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others. ##### mikki c. Our stay in Santa Fe was just lovely. John was an excellent host, who checked in multiple times to make sure our stay was comfortable and any needs were addressed. He recommended some great restaurants as well. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the king size bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Restaurants and activities were within a mile of the place. Host John and his associate were very responsive to our questions. Everything we needed to be comfortable was provided. The only thing I would have liked better would be able to walk to city center. The Casita was a perfect stay for our short trip to NM. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. John checked in to make sure we were comfortable which was very kind. While it is on a busy street, you can’t hear much unless you are there during trash day as the bedroom faces an alley. We would definitely stay ant the Casita again! ##### Melissa B.
