However, the management company (Vacasa) does not have its act together. They sent the wrong code for getting into the garage. If we had arrived 30 minutes later, the on-site community manager would not have been there, and we wouldn't have gotten in. Nothing is more important than being able to access a rental! On arrival the first thing we did was to try and turn on the gas fireplace it was not working. The second thing we did was to call the management company. We were told that they could not get anyone to check on it for the entirety of our stay. This lack of service for something we had paid in advance for and had been looking forward to having was very disappointing and put a damper on the entire stay. The manager did replace the whole refrigerator which indicated to us that this appliance had been an ongoing problem. Same Plumbers attempted a second time to fixing the leak under the sink which resulted in a flooding of the kitchen and hallway that evening. We asked the manager to fix the leak in a more timely manner. (BTW, the manager asked us to wait for the plumber as she took no responsibility for the repair). She took our requests as a personal affront. We did contact the main VRBO management and they quickly solved with problem of the sink with a more capable plumber. The condo is in a great location.
