Contemporary conveniences include heating and air conditioning, whole-house Wi-Fi, DVRs, Netflix, Sonos, and ample covered and uncovered driveway parking. The compound’s coyote gate is remote-controlled, contributing to the sense of security and serenity. The esteemed galleries and restaurants of Canyon Road—as well as the Downtown Subscription coffee shop—are steps away, while the historic Plaza and other attractions can be reached in minutes. The dining room comfortably seats up to eight. BED AND BATH The three bedrooms are all spacious suites well separated for privacy; each offers a king bed, a desk, an en-suite bath, closet space, and a television with DVR capabilities. Two of the bedrooms feature romantic kiva fireplaces. OUTDOOR SPACE A breezy front portal overlooks the landscaped front courtyard and classical fountain, while doors in the dining room open to an idyllic back courtyard and patio with a grilling area, vibrant roses and peonies, fruit trees, and a fire pit. It was perfect! Clean with a historic layout and decor. We loved it! We could have fit 6 people comfortably. 8 would have been a little tough but there are pull out couches.
