Everything was super clean -the only exception being the washing machine but the cleaning supplies available made that a very small issue. The owner is very kind, helpful and flexible. Casa Feliz is a lovely casita conveniently located in the Guadalupe district within walking distance to the Plaza and several good places to eat. It is well designed to make excellent use of space, and feels both spacious and comfortable. The complete kitchen has 3 different ways to make coffee and an apartment-sized refrigerator just right for one or two people. The bed is comfortable, ditto the sofa. The kitchen is well-appointed. We ate breakfast in but took all our other meals out. There are so many terrific restaurants in Santa Fe, and the prices are quite reasonable. We had a rental car because we also went to Taos and Colorado on this trip. If we were coming just to Santa Fe and staying here, we'd consider flying into ABQ and then taking the train to Santa Fe. The station is just a short walk from the property. ##### Peter O. It was convenient to walk to the places that we wanted to visit. The owner left a binder full of helpful information. We had a slight setback when we arrived and there was construction on the road and sidewalk in front of our unit where we were to park. The owner was responsive. Fantastic bakery down the street, as well as shopping mall with all the amenities.The place itself is super cute, bed is comfortable, and the kitchen really well stocked with utensils and 2 amazing coffee makers (Coffee Ninja!). It is centrally located within a short walk of the plaza and the Railyard so accessing great food is easy. The property was very clean when we arrived and check in went off without a hitch.
