The location is right next door to a great local bagel spot and several other great little coffee and food spots. Everything was super clean -the only exception being the washing machine but the cleaning supplies available made that a very small issue. The owner is very kind, helpful and flexible. It is well designed to make excellent use of space, and feels both spacious and comfortable. The complete kitchen has 3 different ways to make coffee and an apartment-sized refrigerator just right for one or two people. There are so many terrific restaurants in Santa Fe, and the prices are quite reasonable. We had a rental car because we also went to Taos and Colorado on this trip. If we were coming just to Santa Fe and staying here, we'd consider flying into ABQ and then taking the train to Santa Fe. The station is just a short walk from the property. ##### Peter O. Loved the location and was located close to good restaurants and our favorite coffee shop Iconik. Very walkable to the plaza. Owner thought of everything to help make our stay comfortable including a well stocked kitchen, bathroom & laundry. It is centrally located within a short walk of the plaza and the Railyard so accessing great food is easy. The property was very clean when we arrived and check in went off without a hitch.
