Boasting hardwood floors, beautiful adobe walls, original viga beam ceilings, decorated with Santa Fe style furnishing. The master bedroom is located off the den, with a king size bed, separated by French doors, sitting area, with a bathroom that includes a shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a bathroom with a shower. Skylights, ceiling fans, central air and radiant heat, TV, Washer/Dryer and complimentary wireless internet access. The den also has a pull out sofa convenient for the children! Private patio located in back of the casita! Complimentary parking just in front of your place! We appreciated every aspect of our stay, from its location and walkability to nearby restaurants and the grocery store, to the centralized location near to various touristy things, to the comfort and hominess to settle in each evening. And one bathroom in each room (no sharing!) is divine. We experienced a power outage one night due to intense storms rolling through the region and the property manager, Mary Ann, was prompt and helpful in helping us navigate timing/candles. There were 3 of us and we spread out between the bedrooms and the pull out sofa! No complaints at all. The kitchen was well equipped and so were the bathrooms. We had a wonderful stay. I would stay there again. Mary was a good communicator as well. Overall I would highly recommend this house. About a 15 minute walk from the plaza! ##### Kalpana K. The only negative thing I could say would be the road construction on Guadalupe Street. But that can’t be helped. It is a fantastic location and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Mary Ann was great and responded to our few requests without hesitation.Five starts to her for sure. Highly recommended and we will stay there again. Great location to walk to Plaza. Pet Friendly, our Golden Retriever enjoyed the space. The casita was equipped with anything you would need. Could easily prepare meals but we go for the numerous great restaurant options!! Decorated in a rustic Santa Fe decor. Communication with the property manager was timely and clear—just the right amount of info but not excessive. We won’t hesitate to consider these our next visit. ##### Robert K.
