#### Cozy Grandeur 

The property has a luxury vibe with a well planned efficiency. The area around this wonderful historic building is so inviting and diverse. Right outside the hotel on Marcy Street there are some excellent neighborhood feel restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wonderful suggestions for things to do from the property manager.
