Inquire about further discounts for monthly rentals. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. I came ahead of the rest of our family, prepared to purchase decorations in order to make the home look like Christmas, BUT I didn't have to do a thing! The home was beautifully decorated for the holidays! The kitchen was amazing and had every appliance, pot, serving dish, and utensil needed. The refrigerator was large enough to accommodate all the trays of food I had ordered from Santa Fe School of Cooking for our holiday meals. The open floor concept allowed for family engagement even while prepping and cooking meals. The location was quiet (gated with 3 homes inside the gate) but so convenient to everything -- park/dog park right across the street and super easy walk to Canyon Road and The Teahouse. The management company was very informative and gave great directions for arrival at the home. I arrived after dark and in the rain but was quickly able to access the gate/garage remote and house key as per their emailed instructions. (Very nice to have a garage, especially since it snowed while we were there.) We did not have any problems during our stay, but the management company continued to check in via text or email. I also have to mention the beautiful art throughout the home. I really enjoyed the diverse collection of sculpture, paintings, pottery, masks, etc. This home truly reflects the unique spirit of a city renowned for its art and artists. In closing, I want to thank the homeowner for allowing dog parents to bring their beloved 4-legged family members with them to his home. We had a great stay! Thank you so much! ##### Karen T.
