Alto Adventures is a charming adobe gem located in the Historic Guadalupe District within a 10 minute walk to the historic Santa Fe Plaza and hip Railyard Arts District. This home offers easy access to historic sites, galleries, boutique shopping, fascinating museums and fantastic dining. Alto Adventures is an updated Southwest 2 bedroom 2 bath home with traditional New Mexican furnishings and folk art.Living AreaA grand wood burning Kiva fireplace, vaulted open-beam ceilings and natural light are the focal point of the living room. The comfortable living room is designed for entertaining with access to the outdoor patio. Relax on the leather sofa and two chairs to watch a movie on the 50" flat-screen smart TV.Kitchen & DiningThe kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and is well-equipped for a home cook. Share a meal at the beautifully tiled breakfast bar with seating for four.Bed & BathThis single level condo sleeps four guests between two bedrooms. The private master bedroom features a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with large marble vanity and walk-in shower. The single bedroom is outfitted with New Mexican decor and two twin beds. The house was OK. Skyrun, the management company for the property, was/is very hard to contact, from both phone and email. Still trying to resolve a billing issue after almost a month.

The furnishings were nice and the house was clean. But there was no information about the house, the area, the town. All we found were some magazines but they were six years old and the places listed were no longer in business. There was a welcome note with an invitation to call if there were any problems, but no number. When we found one in the kitchen, there was no one there. The heating system was terrible. It was super noisy, and heated only the living room and very unevenly. We had to leave the bedroom doors open to get any warmth and then the livingroom was too hot, The twin bedroom closet was full of linens and equipment. There was only enough drawer space for sox or tiny things; not enough room for clothes. This was the worst of my five stays in Santa Fe.

Absolutely perfect!!!

This property is absolutely perfect!It is beautiful and cozy and inviting, with a well stocked kitchen. The linens were so clean and the beds are very comfortable. It was very quiet and you have everything you could ever want both inside and outside. Checking in and out couldn’t be easier. I absolutely recommend this lovely property!!! I hope to be back! 10 out of 10!!

Great location..

Well maintained and up-to-date. Easy access to everything we wanted to see; historic district; rail-yard; and Canyon Road. Newer appliances and a washer/dryer were wonderful. The twin-beds were a little soft for my preference, but worked out just fine. Would love to come back.

This was the perfect place to stay with kids. Walking distance to the Railyard and Plaza, we never had to drive. Cozy beds and full kitchen made it an easy stay.

Santa Fe Weekend Escape

The place was very cozy and the fireplace made my entire weekend. The Host was at the ready with a simple email. The kitchen needs dish clothes but we made due. That’s the only concern. The location, furniture, comfort, amenities were all on point!

Just what we wanted!

My family of four (parents plus two adult children) stayed here in July for 5 nights. It was just what we wanted! Plenty of room for us to spread out, two twin beds in one bedroom and a queen in the other. Kitchen was big enough and well-enough equipped to cook dinner (although we mostly ate out). Quiet. Clean. And an easy walk to the town plaza, restaurants, shops, etc. We would definitely go back if visiting Santa Fe again!

Colorful little condo!

Wonderful accommodation and location. Quiet, yet short walk to busy areas. The condo is very comfortable and well stocked (except for the essentials of salt and olive oil). Light and bright. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and unit

This is a great location and unit, especially as we needed 2 beds and 2 baths since were traveling with our friend. This very convenient location allowed us to walk to the plaza, the farmer’s market and various restaurants. The unit is decorated very nicely in the typical NM fashion with comfortable seating and nice kitchen. It’s great to have the parking out front, however when we were there, one of the parking spots was overtaken by workers fixing the roof of the unit next to this one. One night they worked until 9PM which was disruptive as the units are combined and they had to be on this unit’s roof to work on the next unit’s roof. Other than this, we really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely perfect!

This property was just perfect! My mom, sis, and I had a girls’ weekend in Santa Fe and this home checked all of the boxes. Spacious, well appointed, two twin beds in the second room and walking distance to the Santa Fe Plaza. It was so quiet and yet so convenient. We had a fire one night and slept amazingly. Don’t think twice about booking!
