I found the photos on the listing to be very accurate; the house was older but very clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated for the holidays. The kitchen was large and well-equipped, with a full size gas stove, appliances, cookware, and utensils. The patio/ backyard was pretty big, with areas for outdoor dining; there was a grill available, which we didn’t use. The king bedroom was spacious, with a large walk-in closet/ sitting area with a rollaway bed. The house was a good size for our group of 2 couples, 3 children, and a small dog. The location is a quiet residential area with nearby parks and grocery stores, but I would not consider it to be walkable, due to inconsistent sidewalks. We had 2 cars and were easily able to park in the large front driveway. It was close to Meow Wolf and the Railyard.
