Casa Asia is conveniently located in the area of Roca Llisa, close to Ibiza town and to one of the hidden pearls of Ibiza’s coastline, the secluded Cala Olivera that is only a short ride away, with its quiet beach based in a natural cove with stunning views.  
The villa offers picturesque views of the surrounding areas. It overlooks the lush greens of the only golf course of the island and is the perfect setting for anyone looking for a luxury villa to rent on the White Isle.  
Casa Asia, thanks to the design, layout and facilities offered is ideal to organize yoga retreats and spa treatment holidays, but it is also the perfect venue for corporate offsite meetings, promotional launches and presentations as well as being a great setting for film or fashion-shoots.  
Casa Asia is tastefully decorated and furnished with style, bringing a touch of Indian hospitality to the heart of Ibiza.  
It has been restored and modernized to a high standard, becoming a high-quality holiday accommodation for the most demanding guests.  
It has 6 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and will comfortably accommodate 12 guests.   
Furthermore, there are 3 guest houses with en suite bathroom, that can be added to accommodate 6 more people.  
It is child friendly and offers all kind of modern comforts such as: air-conditioning and Wi-Fi access everywhere, as well as iPod/iPhone docking stations and LCD Tvs in each bedroom, including Sky satellite in the lounge.  
The spacious kitchens offer indoor and outdoor cooking and dining facilities thanks to a large open-plan salon. The villa also boasts a fitness-room (equipped with a cross training machine, yoga and stretching area, free weights, flat screen television and music system and a convenient en-suite shower) and a study.  
Furthermore, there are 2 private swimming pools and an outdoor yoga-platform, sun terrace and manicured gardens  
  
For all these reasons, if you are looking for a large luxury villa for your holidays in Ibiza, Casa Asia is the perfect choice, the ideal place for entertaining friends, or accommodating large families.  
  
Neighborhood and surroundings  
Ibiza is renowned throughout the world for nightlife and parties and is the ideal place for those who love fun and wild nightlife, but the island is also a little gem to be discovered, a magical place to spend the holidays with family or friends surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.  
Beaches, clear waters, food, flea markets, festivals and an international atmosphere: everything will make you fall in love with Ibiza. Thanks to these characteristics, in fact, the island meets and satisfies the most varied needs and tastes.  
Roca Llisa is one of the most luxurious and desired urbanizations of the entire island, just 10 minutes from the center of Ibiza and Marina Botafoch.

Magnificent! This villa is 5 star. A group of 16 of us relaxed and slept comfortably here for 7 great nights. The villa is spacious, stylish, clean and offers plenty of space and all comforts. All of us who stayed in this magnificent villa would not hesitate to recommend it.Source: My Rental Homes
