"Pros: The host was honestly the friendliest host we have so far met. Absolutely amazing how friendly, flexible and available she was when we had some questions during our stay. The house, garden and pool were clean and we faced no issues. The surrounding is very quiet with a lot of privacy as there are no direct neighbors in sight. We definitely would like to come again! "Pros: Kitchen was well equipped, good air conditioning in every room, the beds were really comfortable which is a bonus when sleeping somewhere different. Cons: Unable to drink around the pool area, Could have done with plastic beakers. "This hotel is all about the location, it is excellent! The area is so central and makes it easy to get around. The staff are really nice and helpful, and was made to feel very welcome. I was a solo female traveller and never felt awkward or unwelcome. Only thing I would point out is I would have preferred a room not on the ground floor, (purely from a safety point of view being a solo female), but otherwise I couldn't fault the hotel and highly recommend. "Stayed for 4 nights with family and overall it was lovely and probably the most aesthetic hotel I’ve ever stayed at! We opted for half board- lovely breakfast every morning with plenty to choose from, but dinner can be a hit or miss (especially with dietary requirements of halal- never the less we were looked after and was specially prepared a lovely tofu dish which was really kind). The coffees are amazing too! Location is great- only 5 mins from the airport and around 15 minutes from the old town and a couple minute walk from the beach. Also all staff were incredibly helpful and friendly- So in regards to that, it was great. However, there are a few important aspects to raise which did cause a slight dent in our stay. Firstly, you only get drinks (even water) included for breakfast, not dinner- we had to pay almost €6 for a bottle of water! Also, only 1 bottle of water a day is provided in rooms, which isn’t enough - I think it is important for the hotel to promote hydration. We stayed in a standard room, and here the walls are really thin (could hear next door coughing and their tv) - the shower leaks too and floods the bathroom slightly. I would recommend to try and upgrade to a suite if possible because it seems to have more benefits. The hotel building is split into 2- 1 side for all standard rooms, and 1 for all junior suites - I am frustrated that I was not informed that in the junior suite building there are more seating spaces, restaurants and another spa…"

"We throughly enjoyed our five nights at this hotel. A lovely clean hotel with great staff. When you walk in reception not only are you greeted with a smile and a welcome, but you also get a great smell, I don’t know how they do it, but it smells devine permanently. Our room was kept clean and the balcony has comfortable chairs. A bit weird, is the provision of a kettle and a fridge but no cups and provisions. The bar happily provides cups and spoons etc and so we went to the local supermarket for teabags and milk. The bar staff deserve a special shout out, they weren’t kept extremely busy given the time of year and the fact that most guests are out cycling and sailing but were friendly and polite and we had service with a smile every time."
