Tucked away in the hills of Ballenita is this exotic, beautiful artist-inspired 3 floors rustic mansion with a panoramic sea view!   
Enjoy sun-filled days , at the pool with your favorite drink in Margaritaville our cute bar.  
 AGUACLARA is private and secure, for families who want a complete quiet unique place.   
 Breath peace and relax, with the morning birds and the parakeets in the afternoon.  
AGUACLARA, includes next to the main house a large, two bedroom additional suite.  
Thi paradise is Ideal for spiritual retreats , family reunions or business meetings or small romantic weddings.  
In this dream place can sleep up to 24 people. After 16 guests we charge $30 per night person.  
The facilities includes: big pool with a bar, two balconies overlooking the sea, a bamboo cabin in the pool area.   
7 bedrooms, 12 beds, 8 bathrooms, 2 barbecue pits , 2 full kitchens, televisions , bar, WiFi internet , hot water, air conditioners.   
 Laundry room facilities including washer and dryer and also provides three refrigerators .  
Table games, hammocks.  
AGUACLARA has wide and varied spaces, surrounded by tropical vegetation.   
There are four video surveillance cameras.  
 The entire house is embellished with a variety of antiques and artifacts, you can enjoy dining with an exclusive antique solid silver cutlery.   
Outside of the dining room is a "mini rainforest" with small water cascading through it . Next to this you will find a 12" one piece of amazon wood table in front of the oversized bbq pit/ stone oven!  
Also, maid and pool services will be provided for your comfort at no cost!  
All of these in one place, waiting for you to enjoy it!
