The location is perfect, easily walkable to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Loved the terrace that was available for us to use by Bahia Mar. We spent a lot of our downtime there. "This place was insanely nice. It must be the nicest accommodation near Santa Cruz. The people who work here are so kind and helpful. I loved talking to Rebecca. Right in front of the hotel there are lights that attract sharks, rays, sea lions, and fish, so you can sit at the restaurant with a drink or meal and watch wildlife right in front of you without leaving the hotel! "Ariana’s is excellent to stay in. The beds are super comfortable, the view from the kitchen area is great, the air conditioning worked great. Across the street is undeveloped land so we saw several new birds. It is a little over a mile to the harbor so if that’s more of a walk than you’d like, taxis are everywhere. All kinds of stores are within 2-3 blocks. We loved the neighborhood. "

"The location is the best, the staff is ok but room had not vent in the bathroom which is unacceptable, the AC did not work well, the breakfast buffet did not have coffee, just colored water with not flavor at all. Owners couldn’t have been more apologetic or indeed more helpful during our stay. "My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The staff is incredible - so friendly and helpful! We booked one of our tours through their travel agency as well and thought it was great. The hotel organized our transportation to and from the airport, which was nice because it involved a car, water taxi, and bus. Very much recommend this place if you are staying on Santa Cruz in the Galapagos!"
