The Neighborhood: Desirable mid-town banana belt offers abundant sunshine normally outside the fog line, with easy walking access to markets, restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and well established, with charming homes throughout. Please respect the quiet neighborhood and keep excessive noise and other disruptions to a minimum. Getting Around: Multiple bus lines pass 3 blocks away. Biking is convenient to get downtown or to the beach and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Uber and Lyft is also very convenient and are widely used around here . It's about a $7-$8 Uber ride to downtown or the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. The place was very nice and exceptionally clean, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the start. The host was quick to respond to any questions and made the whole process super easy.
