It was a bit crowded at the table for 8\. Pool table was a giant hit for young and old. Kitchen was nicely appointed for most things a person would need for cooking. The fenced yard is really quite large, lots of seating and would be a joy in the summer but when rainy as on our visit, not so much! We took many walks to a beach nearby. It suited our five family members very well. The only things the owners might want to give some attention to (and these are very minor): The carpet in the master bathroom is a bit too thick to allow opening the door when it is on the floor.
