This property definitely fit the bill. I used one of the beach cruisers on the property to explore the west side of Santa Crus while the teens went to the boardwalk. I parked my car nearby using the parking pass and didn't need to move it again. The house was clean and tidy, the kitchen pretty well equipped and bedrooms comfortable.
