It is located in Lower Seabright on a very peaceful street within minutes to the beach (0.7 mi), boardwalk (1.1 mi), downtown (1.5 mi) , midtown (0.6 mi) and UCSC (3 mi). Enjoy the rejuvenating ocean soundscape from the private courtyard. In the morning smell coffee roasting from nearby Verve Coffee Roasters (0.4 mi).
