Our place is unique and has its own style, it can be a perfect starting point to explore the city. Designed for travelers looking for modernity and comfort. Our building is characterized by high level social areas and exclusivity. Open to adventurous travelers who want to discover the beautiful neighborhood of Equipetrol! We have a queen bed, a sofa bed where an adult or two children can enter, kitchen equipped with dining room, living room with Smart TV, washing machine and 2 bathrooms. We also have work areas with lots of lighting. The social areas of the building are of a high standard. They have a game room, gym, swimming pool and grills for you to enjoy your vacation. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FROM THIRD PARTIES \*Capacity: 4 adults, and in the sofa bed 1 or 2 small children. \* One bath towel is provided per guest and one facial and floor towel per bathroom, plus linens for the number of guests indicated. \- Basic kitchen and bathroom supplies are not restocked. Additional items can be purchased at the nearest supermarket. \- Building rules and fines during the reservation are the guest's responsibility. \- Extra linen/bathroom and cleaning are requested and paid for separately, directly with us. \* Cleaning included in the price is done only at the end of the stay.
