Savor your morning coffee or an unforgettable sunset from the deck, then unwind in the hot tub or fire up the BBQ amongst the picturesque Cypress trees in the backyard. Prefer a cozy night in? Curl up by the fireplace with a good book and let the sound of the waves be your soundtrack. The Space: \- Sleeps up to 9 guests \- 4 bedrooms: 1 King bed, 3 Queen beds, 1 Twin. \- 3 bedrooms upstairs have Queen beds & are joined by a Jack n Jill bathroom. Note: 1 of the 3 bedrooms upstairs is a smaller room (w/ own door) inside one of the larger bedrooms. \- The 2 larger bedrooms upstairs have Smart TV & all 3 have an ocean view! \- The 4th bedroom offers a King Bed and a Twin with private entry to the spacious back yard, bathroom w/ shower, and Smart TV. \- WIFI throughout home. \- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker \- Kitchen, Dining, & Family Room all have stunning beach and ocean views. \- Dining area offers seating for 6 plus 2 stools at the kitchen counter, bistro table for 2 more on outside deck. \- The Family Room has a Duraflame fireplace and Smart TV. (wood not provided) \- Washer and dryer are in 3rd full bathroom on main level. \- The fenced back yard has outdoor seating, Weber BBQ and hot tub for your enjoyment amongst beautiful Cypress trees. \- The kitchen, dining and family room, King bedroom, 2 bathrooms and laundry area are on the 1st level. \- Parking for 3 cars (2 in driveway, 1 in single car garage). \- Corcoran Beach is just a quick 2-minute walk away! Simply head to the end of the road and access the sand from East Cliff. Please note, there isn't direct beach access from in front of the house (keeps the homes more private). \-The lagoon across East Cliff attracts seasonal migratory birds, offering a unique bird watching opportunity. \- If heading to the Boardwalk, the bridge is undergoing work at moment must take detour. Note: \- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced). We are very respectful of our neighbors. \- NO PETS \- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis, some biweekly. Very clean house, well-appointed kitchen, lovely views. We walked to the Santa Cruz boardwalk (about 2 miles) and it's a 20 minute drive to the monarch butterfly groves. Road was close by, which caused noise, obstructing sound from ocean waves. The day we arrived we were text that "they were not quite done with the re-model of the house." Not very professional. The area is not crowded as there is limited parking in the area. We’ve had plenty of space even for volleyball net. The house was recently remodeled to a very high standard. We’ve enjoyed all recent updates as one of the first guests. However the best part is the sound of the big waves breaking at night as you sleep with open windows. The only thing that put us off was hot tub was reallly old and only had lukewarm water..never hot. The owner was kind enough to send the maintenance guy over while we were there, but that didnt help. we wish we knew of this issue before hand, we would have defi chosen another property from our options. but other than that, we had a wonderful stay and the house was very well taken care of. ##### Jyoti L. Séjour de 3 nuits en avril 2023 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Juan R. 16 avr. 2023 Points faibles : Propreté #### $MM View that’s Unkept & without a Host We booked for a long weekend to host a family reunion, and right off the bat host was non-wavering in early/late checkout (but at this point at least they were getting back to us). When we arrived, we found that there were no Sonos speakers as listed under amenities, and texted right away, only to receive a response over 24 hours later. They apologized as they were being fixed, funny, maybe you should have “fixed”your listing too. In exploring more, our children found cigarette butts littered in the back yard and beer cans left in the bin of kids toys. And later that evening we discovered that the hot tub leaked (a lot). The pool guy confirmed the next day when he can by for monthly service that it had been this way for awhile and asked if we wouldn’t mind filling back up after every use. Finally, word to the wise that the listing was very accurate in that there is only parking for two cars and all other vehicles (even visitors) will need to find street parking. What it doesn’t tell you is that the street parking starts two blocks away. Amazing views, walking distance to beach (no beach access from house), in a great part of town that unfortunately is not well kept and maintained by any sort of host whatsoever! ##### Juan R.
