The cottage was lovely, with high ceilings, a nicely equipped kitchen, and a separate bedroom with a comfortable mattress. The location is superb: set back a little from the street for privacy and quiet, but convenient to Lighthouse Field State Beach with its great views of surfers at Steamer Lane and all of Monterey Bay; Steamer Lane Supply for coffee and breakfast or lunch; and Its Beach for our dog. Khristina was not only dog-friendly, but also kind and accommodating when we arrived during an “atmospheric river” storm. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else in the area. ##### Ruth M. I enjoyed easy access to ocean, bike trails, and the delightful Shrine coffee shop. The fenced patio is a real plus if you are traveling with your dog. I met so many friendly dog folks on our walks each day. Khristina is a wonderful host and I would definitely stay there again. ##### Shelley C.
