It seemed strange that the lower floor had 2 large couches and the upper floor (with the kitchen) only had one (we like food). The dining table only sat 6, but we found a larger folding table in a closet and used that. Otherwise, it was a great place for a family gathering. The wharf and main beach are just across the road, which is very convenient. Noise wasn’t an issue, but we were there mid-May during the week. Highly recommended. ##### Douglas M. The house was perfectly located so the girls could walk to the beach/boardwalk/wharf. The house was beautiful, clean and had great views. The kitchen table only seats 4 (on the main kitchen level) which is challenging when you have a household of 9...but we made it work! We had an absolutely lovely time and hope to return in the future! ##### Shannon F. The proximity to the beach, boardwalk, rides and pier was perfect. We also walked to market area and had some great meals and entertainment. The Ideal Restaurant across the street was great food and fast and did a great job accommodating our group of 8\. We also ordered in from the Mission Street BBQ. ##### Kim H. The home was spacious and tailored for several people to all have their own space if they chose. The open kitchen allowed us to all to cook and mingle freely. We opened the doors to the balcony to see and hear all that Santa Cruz has to offer. We parked our vehicles and walked everywhere for 4 days. Thank you!! ##### Laura Z. Clean, spacious, and well laid out, we had a great time. One note-. There is a beach parking lot for 20 or so cars almost directly below the bottom deck. This lot was CLOSED when we stayed due to construction, but if it were open I could see some people feeling a lack of privacy, particularly on the lower level ##### Tim R. We came to Santa Cruz to celebrate our son’s 16th birthday and had a blast, even with rainy days. The layout of the house is perfect for a big group and the house is stocked with everything you could need. Host is so nice and Johnny-on-the-spot with communication. We rented the house for a weekend family getaway. Cody & Grace with the management co. were amazing. They responded quickly to my emails and were very helpful & thorough with details. The house and views are beyond breathtaking. The house is beautifully designed & decorated. It's kept very clean & the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this home to anyone who will appreciate & take care of it so it's just as beautiful for our families next trip there! ##### Ana L. Walking distance to the boardwalk. House is spacious and clean and has every amenity/tool in the kitchen (except for a pizza cutter). Grocery stores are a short drive away.
