This is a town-home, it's a large property with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, ideal for two or three families. The town-homes are three levels with shared walls so you must be ready for stairs and please be mindful of your neighbors. The view of the ocean is spectacular, with 180-degree views of the Monterey Bay from Monterey to Santa Cruz. This town-home is in need of some updating which is reflected in the nightly rate but the condo is very much functional and accommodating. Leider ist das Objekt an sich aber eher enttäuschend. Im Inserat war von einem älteren Zustand die Rede und darauf waren wir auch eingestellt! Leider war aber die Sauberkeit (z.B. Küche allgemein, Bettwäsche, Teppich) und die Ausstattung mangelhaft (ein Zimmer hatte keine richtigen Bettdecken, es fehlten Glübirnen in den Nachttischleuchten, es fehlten ganze Schubladen in Kommoden). Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist definitiv nicht stimmig! Wir hatten auf unserer Kalifornien-Rundreise deutlich bessere und gleichzeitig günstigere Miethäuser!
