An old fashioned hotel that reminds me of the eastcoast's family summer camps. Comfortable & safe. Windows open! Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is close to downtown Los Gatos, which offers amazing food options. The walk itself is and lovely. Breakfast is pretty much a no-go, but so what. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

The rooms were terribly out of date. One electrical outlet in the room did not function, but had a lamp plugged into it, which was missing the switch to turn it on. The thermostat and wall furnace were very old. The bathroom was very small and the fixtures were old. The old single-pane windows let in a lot of noise. All the furniture was worn and dinged up.

Gorgeous grounds, very clean room and private. Security patrolled the lot which set my mind at ease as I was traveling with a Penske 12' box truck loaded with a client's belongings for a professional move.

Not to friendly. Seems like the staff didn't want to be here today. Other wise this lodge is pretty good. Renovations on property leaves customers with no really good breakfast.

The room was so warm when I first walked in, temp set at 75. It took me 2 hours to cool it down. Early in the morning my sleep was interrupted with other guests speaking very loudly. I wouldn't stay here again.

My first time staying there & it was goid. I liked that it was very quiet & it has a gym. It was only 5 minutes away from my son's doctor's appointment. When i went inside to check in, i liked how the front desk people make you feel welcome. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Property. My bed is old and slumps badly at one side where people sit most of the time and Way To Soft for an elderly that needs a more firm Bed!!!

Staff was really friendly. We booked two nights but had to suddenly leave the second day and they were nice enough to only charge us for one night even though we didn’t leave til 2pm. We’ll definitely be back.

The room was very clean and quiet. Property is well maintained and as a special bonus they leave 2 bottles of water in the room daily. I will definitely stay here again.

The grounds are quite nice. We didn’t get to see much as it was raining and dark. The front desk person wasn’t very welcoming but upon checkout the next morning those were. The rooms are kinda stuck in the 70’s/80’s but appeared to be very clean. Be careful with the slippery tubs. They may have just re-glazed the tubs.

For the most part very good but dated but has never really been upgraded. The entrance is on a challenging street access. Freeways and soccer fields are next to it. Otherwise great staff good facilities for business conferences. Nice work out room and bar.

The rooms were extremely warm for Dec . In the 2 rooms we had booked, we kept the AC running thru the night! When we mentioned this at checkout no apology was offered and the receptionist was not friendly at all.
