The kitchen is designed to be a social hub, ideal for cooking and sharing meals together. Fully equipped with all the essential cookware and cutlery, it invites you to create delicious dishes and enjoy them with your loved ones.

The bedroom is a serene retreat, beautifully decorated in a modern style, featuring a comfortable queen bed and ample storage space for your belongings.

The bathroom has all the essentials to help you refresh, including soft towels and complimentary toiletries to enhance your stay.

Step outside onto the charming balcony, where you can bask in the sunlight and take in the breathtaking view of the ocean—an ideal spot to relax and soak in the beauty of your surroundings.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Caniço, located on Madeira Island, is a peaceful town offering stunning landscapes and a tranquil atmosphere. Just a short distance from Funchal, it’s surrounded by lush greenery, dramatic cliffs, and beautiful ocean views, making it ideal for nature lovers. The nearby Garajau Natural Reserve is perfect for hiking and diving.

The town also features local restaurants, cafés, and shops, where visitors can enjoy authentic Madeiran cuisine. The Cristo Rei statue offers panoramic views of the area, adding to Caniço’s charm. It’s a perfect spot to relax and explore the beauty of Madeira.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Est. Portinho / Atalaia is just a 350-meter walk.

Madeira Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
