The room faces the busy back street that is very noisy!

The bathroom ceiling had spots from upper floor leaks, Bathroom door mounding needed painting. Room was nice. No power outlets near bed to charge phones and keep close for alarm. Staff was excellent.

Best location in Seville just across the street from the cathedral. Friendly staff. Very modern rooms. Good breakfast. My first night I was in a room facing in an inner courtyard on an upper floor. It was very noisy from the roof bar. They changed me to a quieter room for my last two nights which was fine. Make sure to ask for a quiet room!

Room is very small. Bathroom is part of room and terrible. Roaches in room. Worst room we have ever had and very expensive.

Location, location and location...

Fantastic location, right opposite the cathedral. Rooms were modern, standard size and with new furnishing and bathrooms and fast wifi. But both rooms I had were noisy - one was below the rooftop bar, and the next had the service lift next to my room. Front desk staff were very helpful with everything from dinner reservations to changing rooms. I would stay here again.

NOT a 5* hotel. Watch out its a trap.

NOT a 5 star hotel. By all minimal standards. This hotel more like a good 3* hotel. Safe is practically on the floor and is not connected to anything, you can take the safe with you anywhere. No floor towels. No desk and no chair as appears in the web site Power outlets are few and behind furniture. The sink is in the bedroom. No coffee machine. No coffee, tea or any hot beverage options in the room. No kettle No closet at all. You have to keep your clothes in your suitcase No place to hang face towels. The promised "designer toiletries" are 2 tiny plastic bottles of MB shampoo and conditioner. No amenities at all. not even a 10 cent shower cap, no tissue paper etc. You cant really get a good night sleep due to works in the hotel. 5am they started to work. A hotel should specify that upfront. A small 32" TV. A 5* hotel should place a better one. Breakfast was poor. Literally nothing similar to any 3 or 4 star hotel we have been on this trip. Low in quality and choice. This is not a 5 star hotel. We have stayed in 4 star hotels this trip and they were by far more convinient anf equiped than this one. We also stayed in a different 5* hotel this trip, which was exactly as should be. The only bright point was the very nice statt. They tried their best. Couldnt be worse than this EME hotel.

Bad bathroom in room. SLOW elevators, VERY expensive drinks. Renovation is bad.
