Bright hardwood flooring in the open space living/dining areas, bedroom carpeting, GE kitchen appliances, attractive doors and trim, shutters on all windows, Kohler bathroom fixtures, contemporary paint colors and beautiful mood setting lighting are all new. A new Nespresso and Aeroccino awaits your morning coffee routine. Stormio and Melazio pods provided., Bedrooms are exquisitely appointed with new beds of differing firmness, hi-thread count cotton linens, providing uncompromising comfort for your beach vacation. Each bedroom has a built-in closet with generous space, a dresser and a large decorative wall mounted mirror. The living room has generous amounts of natural light with immediate south beach views towards Monterey Bay and east views to the slough, ideal for bird watching. The kitchen counter-tops are DuPont Zodiac surfaces in fresh surf white and celestial blue, bringing the ocean indoor. The cabinets are stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware for your vacation culinary needs. New GE appliances and a deep stainless steel sink, all shine under the accent lighting. Lounging on the couch with a book in front of the wood burning fire place is totally acceptable after having walked the entire length of the 3 mile beach and back or having played multiple sets of tennis with your family and friends. The living room provides gazing opportunities to the inviting beach outside. A 65" flat-screen LED TV over the fireplace is connected to a Blue-ray DVD player and hi-definition cable service. Although unlikely when on vacation, if you need to stay connected to the office, we have upgraded the unit with wireless internet up to 100 mb speed. The TV is capable of streaming Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime. we have an AppleTV4 provided for your convenience if you want to use your personal Apple account. Grab your camera and binoculars for spectacular nature experiences, birding and beach combing. Or pack your clubs and enjoy world class golfing at nearby Pebble Beach or Pasatiempo - Santa Cruz. Right next to beach and dunes - fabulous wildlife, especially Pelicans, to see and waves on the and open ocean gently crashing nearby. Kayaking and SUP at Elkhorn Slough we saw sea otters, seals and much more bird life. The apartment was as described only larger and so well appointed. This unit is spectacular in every sense. We've stayed at Pajaro Dunes in townhouses, houses, and condo units, each with its qualities and perks. This unit is perfect! It was a great place for us gather and spend time together. This is a 2nd floor unit, there is a ramp instead of stairs. It was a little tough for pushing the wheelchair, but we managed.
