The cottage has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. There is a separate TV room that contains a queen-size bed. There is one full bath with a walk-in shower. There is also a nice full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The Yellow Beach Cottage is located at one of the best beaches in Santa Cruz and is within walking distance to numerous restaurants. Most importantly, the cottage has an amazing large deck that takes full advantage of the spectacular ocean view. Refrigerator was not clean and trash remained in the trash can. Couch had some trash between cushions. Bathrooms are really tight on space. The location and short walk down the stairs to the beach was perfect for our family. The view from the deck is absolutely gorgeous. The house was tastefully appointed, kitchen was beautiful and contained everything we needed, the bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds, and the internet was fast. We really appreciated the private parking spots, and my wife and I can't stop talking about how gorgeous the views were. We had no complaints at all and plan to visit again in the future. My only note is the location might not be ideal for someone with difficulty climbing stairs if you plan on spending time on the beach, however anyone would find it easy to enjoy the view from the deck, regardless of mobility restrictions. ##### Josh R.
