It is 1 of 2 units on the property and shares outdoor space with the neighboring unit, offering a friendly, community-style setting close to the coast. The Space: \- Sleeps up to 12 guests \- 5 bedrooms - 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 8 Twin beds (3 bunk beds) \- 3.5 bathrooms \- There are 2 reserved parking spaces in the driveway (spaces are small for large SUVs). \- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker \- Living room \- Shared yard space with outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ (charcoal not provided).
