About this space  
Welcome to Beach Hill, one of the most sought out neighborhoods in Santa Cruz. My cozy family friendly updated & remodeled 1868 Painted Lady purple Victorian home is only a TWO MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH & BOARDWALK, many restaurants, bars, & cafes! Walk to downtown in ten minutes. View the beautiful Pacific ocean as you step outside, and enjoy the soothing ocean breeze. The perfect destination for an escape to paradise.

This house is a duplex and you have access to the upstairs portion of the home.  
  
The house has three bedrooms, all with queen beds. It has a full kitchen and dining area and full bathroom.
