### Valencia Vacation Home with Sea Views, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

\- The host lives in the upper part of the house, ensuring your privacy.  
  
\- Maximum 4 guests (no additional visitors allowed).

\- Please keep noise down after 10:00 pm; loud music is not allowed at any time.  
  
\- No diving into the pool; pool hours are from 7 am to 9 pm.  
  
\- Nudism is not allowed.  
  
This 100 m² apartment features a 300 m² garden and is located on the lower floor of a four-story house. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The property offers a chill-out lounge area with a 75-inch TV, access to digital platforms, and high-quality sound. There are two sofas for 3-4 people, two large comfortable armchairs, and a dining table with up to eight chairs, all set in the garden, including the kitchen.  
  
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove, capsule coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. Barbecue is not available. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. This accommodation does not have air conditioning.  
  
There is a bedroom at garden level with a small bathroom and shower. Downstairs, separated by stairs, is a larger bedroom with a bed, a sofa bed, and a spacious bathroom with shower.
