With 5 wide rooms, capacity for 9 people and a decoration that combines a classic style with the modernity of its equipment. With broadband Wifi Internet Optical Fibre, this house is ideal for both vacation and business travel. Spacious apartment with classic decoration located in the heart of the capital. It is ideal for families and groups of friends, as it has capacity for 9 people, with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, lounge, two terraces and Wifi Internet. Located in an exceptional area, in the heart of Santa Cruz, with the tram line very close. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer, refrigerator, sheets and shower towels, cot, highchair and Wifi Internet, air conditioning and much more. We love to make our guests feel at home and from the very beginning we will be very attentive to their arrival and make them feel as comfortable as possible throughout their stay. Our customer service hours are from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm (Canary Island time). Santa Cruz is a lively and luminous city. Its streets, wadis and maritime avenues invite you to enjoy the outdoors, walks and parks, as it has an average annual temperature of 21.2 ºC. In the center of the city there are numerous pedestrian areas with a lot of atmosphere, in which shopping is a pleasure, especially for the ease of finding products from all over the world... The most important historical buildings coexist with great contemporary architectural works, such as the "Adán Martín" Tenerife Auditorium, designed by Santiago Calatrava, located just a few metres from the house. Just as nearby are several museums, among them Tenerife Espacio de las Artes (TEA) and the Museum of Nature and Man. Although the city's largest permanent exhibition is outdoors, consisting of sculptures by Henry Moore, Martín Chirino, Joan Miró and Óscar Domínguez, among other artists. The picturesque Mercado Nuestra Señora de África (Our Lady of Africa Market) has an unquestionable attraction, where you can buy all the typical products of the islands. Its most famous and extensive beach is the Playa de Las Teresitas, with golden sand, adorned by palm trees and located next to the fishing district of San Andrés, both ten minutes by car from the house. Further on, entering the mountains of Anaga we arrive at the hidden and virgin beaches of Taganana, Almáciga and Benijo. The saltwater pools of the César Manrique Maritime Park are very close to the apartment. It has several approved paths in the Anaga Rural Park, such as the PR-TF 2 that links the hamlet of Taborno with the district of Valleseco, on the coast of the city. This path allows you to get to know various ecosystems, such as the heather fayal and some old farmhouses. It is a medium-difficulty route in which it is advisable to use refractory clothing, as part of the path is made by a road. The descent of PR-TF 5 Chamorga - Igueste de San Andrés is only suitable for experienced hikers: The route departs from Chamorga and ascends to the hamlets of La Cumbrilla and El Lomo de las Bodegas, from where it begins to descend to Igueste de San Andrés overcoming complicated unevennesses. Location we wanted. Home2Book management poor. We arranged by email to be met outside the garage for the apartment in order to be shown where to park and to be let into the apartment. We arrived within minutes of the arranged time but no one to meet us. I had to phone 4 times to Home2Book and we waited 90 minutes before anyone came. When we were shown into the apartment it became apparent why we had been kept waiting with no explanation. The cleaner was still cleaning and the apartment was not ready until 3 hours, 20 minutes after advertised time. ##### Fran R. Séjour de 3 nuits en février 2022 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Michael Houghton 29 janv. 2022 #### Large central flat in Santa Cruz On a positive note the flat was large and very spacious and well designed and was well equipped and furnished with plenty of kitchen crockery and bed linen and towels. It was very conveniently situated close to the tram stop and to the shops/bars and restaurants as well as the market. If you use a car the car park space is small and difficult to access so it is advisable to bring a small car. Unfortunately our stay was spoilt by not having hot enough water for a shower or bath. We complained about this from day one and on many occasions and nothing was done. The water temperature was never higher than 38 degrees and we had to boil kettles of water to have a proper bath. The owner switched on an electric immersion heater to attempt to boost the temperature but this made no difference so for the length of our stay we were boiling kettles and saucepans of water on the hob. When we arrived we had to wait for someone to open the garage doors and he did not speak any English which made communication difficult. We were not given a proper introduction to the flat and it was not explained to us how to get the lift to travel directly to the basement garage. The lighting in the flat was poor in some rooms so reading was a problem, and one of the bathrooms was a bit dirty with an ill fitting toilet seat. We were disappointed with the responses to our complaints about the water from VRBO. We never spoke to the same person twice and each time we were not really listened to and no action was taken to solve our problem. ##### Michael Houghton Séjour de 14 nuits en janvier 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Klaus B. 16 déc. 2020 Points forts : Propreté #### Super Wohnung im Zentrum von Santa Cruz Mein Mann und ich waren in der Wohnung über drei Wochen und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt und liegt wirklich sehr zentral.
