This fantastic flat perfectly located in the heart of Santa Cruz, is perfect for couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 2 people, Internet Wifi Fiber to 600, designed for teleworking. It has a spacious and comfortable bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. It has a good distribution with a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, 32" TV and sofa, all integrated in the same space. In addition, the building in which it is located has a lift for greater comfort. Located in an exceptional commercial area and very centrally located, it has restaurants and services around, a few steps from the main points of interest of the capital and with a magnificent connection with buses and tram to be able to move around without using the car.
