#### Würde trotzdem wieder hier hin

Moderne gut ausgestattete Wohnung, liegt gut, um den Norden u. den Süden in ca. 45 Min zu erreichen . Von aussen laut, weil an einer vierspurigen Straße mit Ampelkreuzung u. Tankstelle . Von Innen laut weil sehr hellhörig und normale Mieter mit im Haus sind , die gerade an Wochenenden Besuch haben . Spanier feiern halt sehr gern und Lautstark. ich hab mir mit Ohrschutz, bzw. Noicecancelling geholfen WLAN teilweise sehr Zäh Smarthome funktioniert gerade beim Garagentor völlig unzureichend. Dann lieber gleich weglassen und die manuellen Schalter bedienen
