The original building was built 130 years ago in traditional style with thick stone walls and a tea wood roof. The division of the lower building decades ago, it was subsequently expanded to two independent apartments, taking care to maintain the character of the typical Canary architectural style. The apartment consists of 2 floors, spacious and modern designed with large and bright living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, shower room, bedroom with balcony and sea view. The spacious apartment with a good 90 qm2 is ideal for 2 people.
