I tell them yes my friend is staying with me and she’s arriving a couple of hours earlier. I would appreciate if you would let her in the room until I get there. They said no problem give me her name so I thought that was all taken care of. My friend shows up there and they said that the reservation have been canceled and someone should’ve called me to tell me even though I was texting with someone up till the day before.
