We had a clean 3 bed room, staff was helpful. Area is safe, you have to walk a flat path for 15 to 20 min to get to main sights.

Convenient location, clean room, and hot breakfast
Hotel close to tourists area without being crowded by tourists. Walking distance to everything, very convenient. Very clean and have everything we needed while here. Delicious hot breakfasts everyday is definitely a plus.

Hotel was great, clean, and front staff was amazing. Only complaint is that it was terribly noisy every single night we stayed… not with outside traffic, just with people upstairs and people yelling outside. We stayed 3 nights and every night was the same with the noise.

Everything was great, only down side was the walls were super thin. I don't know if it was the people above us or people walking up and down the stairs but we heard stomping all night long both nights

One of the best hotels in Florence
Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. I would like to give special shout out front desk staff Clevi who has awesome skills to keep guest comfortable. Location of hotel is also perfect for 10 min walk to Rose Garden.

It was a beautiful hotel. The tub was everything after a long day of walking! I would recommend every stay in Florence here! Clean, comfortable and the breakfast was lovely!

Absolutely a great family run hotel! Staff is very helpful and a pleasure, especially Cristina. Not sure why this would be rated a 2 star, stayed a some 5 stars that aren’t as good as the Orcagna. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast offered a great selection and they even had late night snacks available. Decent location, short bus ride from the train station and a quick walk from the main areas. I would highly recommend staying here. Just one thing, it was extremely hot outside and the AC couldn’t keep up.

A home far from home.
The location was just great close to shops and restaurants; it was a safe neighborhood and very convenient to walk to the center of the city (15 minutes walk) Breakfast was very much worth the price, many options and very delicious. The staff are all kind and very helpful. The hotel has a very homey ambience and its cleanness makes even a picky person like me happy. I just loved it. The water pressure on the 4th floor (the top floor) was not that good. There are a couple of very good restaurants around the corner that their foods were amazingly good. All together very nice stay.

Penthouse
Last minute one night booking for four adults a baby and and a toddler. Had the penthouse which was brilliant. Staff all super friendly. The terrace was great and the jacuzzi would be a bonus in warmer weather and not with very young children

Great location and really helpful staff. Room was clean with balcony. Shower was located im the room which would be an inconvenience for someone who would like to have some privacy. Do not known how other rooms looked like. We were happy overall. Delicious breakfast and great staff.
