This spacious apartment stands out for its rustic decor, reflecting the classic alpine style of yesteryears. It comprises 3 bedrooms, of which 2 are double rooms and one is a twin room, 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, sink (and one also with a bidet), a separate kitchen, and a small living room nestled in a charming bay window with mountain views. The separate kitchen is fitted with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, and much more. The apartment is located on the second floor and is only accessible via stairs. Free Wi-Fi, linens, and towels are provided. Located directly in front of the Hotel Touring in the heart of Santa Cristina, Val Gardena, the Villa Alpina boasts two spacious apartments, strategically positioned for all kinds of activities in the Dolomites. Situated on the main street of Santa Cristina, all amenities are just a short walk away. From ski and bike rentals in the same building to nearby restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The next bus stop, connecting you to the best spots in Val Gardena, is less than 200 meters away. In winter, the location is unmatched with a free ski bus to the Dolomiti Superski resorts like Sochers, Saslong, Col Raiser, and Monte Pana, only 100 meters away. During summer, explore the Dolomites' breathtaking hiking destinations using the complimentary bus service stopping just 200 meters from the property. Relax and breathe in the mountain air in the shared charming garden. A short stroll will take you to the renowned "Trenino" walkway, featuring a continuous cycle path throughout Val Gardena and a delightful playground with a soccer field. Being a part of the "Val Gardena Active" program, guests at Villa Alpina can indulge in a variety of local activities at discounted rates, ranging from guided hikes, cooking classes to exciting adventures tailored to the season. Guests have the option to book breakfast and/or dinner at the adjacent Hotel Touring, subject to an additional fee and availability. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance. Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C) Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost. In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows). It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€. If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
