Palladium is a modern and spacious house with private pool, air conditioning, barbecue, terrace with outdoor dining area, wifi and a large garden.   
  
It is located in a residential area of ​​Santa Cristina d'Aro and very close to nature, in a very quiet environment to spend a relaxing holiday.   
  
This spectacular accommodation has 300 m2 of living space and 24 m2 of swimming pool. The house is newly built, made with good quality materials. The decoration is modern and fresh and has plenty of accessories that will allow you to enjoy a relaxing and charming holiday. When you enter the house you find a very large living area next to the dining room, with direct access to the kitchen, direct access to the pool and views to the upper floor. On the ground floor we also have a suite with its own bathroom, a double bedroom and another bathroom. From the suite we also have direct access to the pool where you can enjoy a refreshing swim. Upstairs we have two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a living area with table and chairs, open with views to the ground floor.   
  
The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs from where you can enjoy a relaxing snack. On the other side of the house there is a large garden with a barbecue area and a spacious and relaxing outdoor dining area.

The area offers endless possibilities for sea and mountain tourist activities with an exceptional offer of adventure sports, nature, shopping, shopping centers and an innumerable offer of the best gastronomy in the area, with a diversity of Michelin-starred restaurants as well as local and international cuisine.   
  
The tourist tax established by local laws will be charged upon arrival.Unfortunately, we cannot accept groups of under 25s at this property.Due to the characteristics of the house, children must always be supervised by an adult, who will be responsible at all times.The delivery and collection of keys will be made at our offices located in Santa Cristina d'Aro.
