« Overall had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our vacation. Other than that the only issue we had was towards the end of our stay there started to be a water leak from somewhere don't know where but other than that like I said had a fantastic time. « Check in was a bit confusing but our stay was FANTASTIC!! Everything was clean and comfortable. The patio was nice in the mornings. The unit was close to the stairs and exit and that was nice with the dogs in and out easily.July in Texas is NOT the time to walk to dinner or a show, so we ended up using Uber because Google maps wanted to route us a mile walk away from Gruene Hall. »

"The customer service was friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The lobby was cute and smelled nice. Negative points: The breakfast was downright awful. There was little to no options in terms of what to eat. It was self-service with nothing hot. There was 3 types of cereal (Cheerios, Shredded wheats and a green colored cereal) There was a waffle maker however, and it was bland. The creamer looked old and I was nervous to use it for coffee. In the room, the toilet was not flushing correctly and I had to remove the lid and manually press the button to get it to flush. There were a few lamps that were not working as well."
