This spacious property shares a sparkling new pool and garden with one other apartment and benefits from plenty of outside space to relax and unwind. There is a shady outdoor dining area with a table and chairs to enjoy meals al fresco and a sun terrace to bathe under the Italian sun.  
  
Inside, the air-conditioned, open-plan living space combines the kitchen/dining room and is furnished with a single sofa bed, a flatscreen TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, including a Moka coffee machine, a cooker hob, an oven and a fridge freezer.

Riva Blu Apartment is located in the coastal spa resort of Santa Cesarea Terme, known for its thermal baths and fascinating caves. The property is conveniently located approximately a 15-minute walk from the town\\'s thermal springs and Lido Caicco.  
  
Beach lovers can head to the Bay of Porto Miggiano (a 7-minute walk). This fine sandy beach is set between high cliffs, with comfortable diving platforms and areas equipped for sunbathing.  
  
Popular nearby excursions include a trip to the charming coastal town of Castro (an 8-minute drive) with its ancient historic centre and incredible granite coastline, which can be explored by boat. The ancient city of Lecce (a 40-minute drive) is also worth a visit. Known as the “Florence of the South”, here guests will find Roman ruins, wonderful Baroque architecture and a twice-weekly market which is a treasure trove for the finest regional produce.  
  
Santa Cesarea Terme has a wide range of restaurants and pizzerias, the closest is a 2-minute walk away, and there are several supermarkets less than a 10-minute drive away in Cerfignano and Castro.  
  
The closest international airport is Brindisi-Salento Airport (BDS), a one-hour 10-minute drive away. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2025 to the 30th of September 2025
