"We hosted our daughter's wedding party at the resort. This all-inclusive has very good food and nice amenities such as pools, several bars, and athletic facilities. The beach is beautiful as is the walk thru the Ecological Preserve next door. Rooms and bathrooms are ok but are in need of some updating (our toilet kept malfunctioning). The staff is very accommodating and friendly. "

"Excellent manager took care of any problems we had - he gets an A Maid service something to be desired, many days she would take our dirty towels and not give us new ones, she had problems on how to make a bed properly too, had to redo what she did- untrained. "This was probably the worse hotel I have stayed in my life. Check in was bad, they scratched my car in a wall, the bedroom didn't have one power outlet, although it has a kitchen, the shower was leaking badly, it didn't have one dish/fork/knife, the AC remote control lost its configuration every day, the AC had a weird sound and every time I tried to watch the TV, it went back to the main menu. Shame on you, Mercure Hotels. I will never stay in one of your hotels again."
