Made many attempts to schedule a spa appointment, and neither on line or call in system seemed to work—but its a newer property and I’m sure that will get ironed out as they move forward. "Stayed at the Ballard Inn recently in the middle of May and it was magical. Its a really cute boutique hotel with age old charm and updated services. Their breakfast is included and its delicious. You literally get a house key and it feels like home. Walked the darling white picket fence quiet neighborhood and grabbed so me famous pastries at Bobs Well Bread across the street. Its a stone throw away from the cute boutiques, wine tasting rooms, and excellent dining, downtown Los Olivos. Will...

"I’m not sure why Fess Parker Wine Inn uses Expedia but I booked a room at Fess Parker Wine Inn through Expedia, I got a confirmation through Expedia and I called Fess Parker Wine Inn to confirm my reservation and they did not honor it. This reservation was for this Memorial weekend so I was in a panic and had to call other hotels to book a room. This experience was horrible."

"Would definitely stay here again. Only odd item was no wine glasses in the room or honor bar. Great size room, air purifiers, extra nespresso pods. Location was very central and easy to navigate. "

"Situated on a private ranch nestled near Los Olivos we were able to enjoy a fantastic weekend in the lush greenscape the winter rains have provided this season. The views from the property are spectacular and it provided us the opportunity to relax in the countryside- yet take advantage of all of the wineries and restaurants in Santa Ynez valley close by.
