"Overall it was a very good experience. This was our third time staying at this hotel. The only disappointing point was the behavior of the young female staff at the front desk. When we asked how to use the wine bending machine installed in the lobby, we received a very arrogant response. It was very disappointing."

"Walls were thin but good thing was that other guests were quiet at night. Would be nice to have a robe hook to hang items in the bathroom. Great location and Solvang is very walkable. Our friends and I would stay here again."

"The property needs an ice maker. Also, each room should have a single serve coffee maker instead of instant coffee. Access to a microwave would be nice. We stayed four nights and had to ask the housekeepers for clean towels after two nights."
