It is also within walking distance of State Street (shopping, restaurants), but a little longer walk. This was my first visit to Santa Barbara and this was a great place to stay. The murphy bed pulls down in the living room, separate from the 2 couches sitting area. Best of all - it's a perfect location, walkable to the marina, beach, state street, wine tasting rooms, restaurants, everything. We parked the car and didn't need it during our stay. Very well situated to get to everything in Santa Barbara easily. Great for a couple or small family. Bed and trundle very comfortable. Parking for one car only.
