### Unique and Vibrant Condo In The Heart of Downtown!

Step into an otherworldly environment without leaving comfort and contemporary convenience behind! This condo, nestled in the famous Cota Street Studios, is a brainchild of renowned architect Jeff Shelton and is bursting with unique features and stunning attention to detail.  
  
The Blue Door Retreat is a three story, 2 bed/ 2 bath home located conveniently near downtown Santa Barbara. Enter the gated, semi-private courtyard and be greeted with lush greenery and a peaceful fountain. Once inside the Blue Door Retreat, you are greeted with a vibrant parlor, complete with comfortable seating, desk, and wine fridge. Tucked behind the dividing wall is the first bedroom, outfitted with a California King and plenty of storage space. The first bathroom is on this level as well as a private outdoor patio featuring a seating area and built-in BBQ!

Up the Spanish-style stairs takes you to the second floor, the main entertainment space of the home. The expansive kitchen lives on this level, as well as the living and dining areas. The kitchen is well-equipped, sure to make even the most discerning chef happy. The open floor concept makes entertaining a breeze in this sun-drenched space.  
  
On the third floor is the laundry room and master bedroom/ bathroom. The master bedroom has two patios, the main of which perches over Cota Street and offers retractable shade and comfortable outdoor lounge chairs. The second offers wonderful mountain views! As is typical with many Santa Barbara homes, this property does not have AC. Open windows and the use of fans allow ocean breezes in to keep the house cool during hot summer months.  
  
Just blocks from downtown, the home also boasts of a private garage and gated guest parking for you to leave your car at home on the days you want to stroll through Santa Barbara's most iconic scenes. The Blue Door Retreat is also mere steps away from the Santa Barbara Farmers Market on Saturdays- but because of how serene the gated complex is, you'd never be able to guess!
